Materials:
Paper
Pencil
Handkerchiefs
Embroidery needles
Embroidery yarn

Instructions:
1. Practice creating a special design on paper.
2. One idea would be to embroider your fatherĘs initials.
3. Once you have chosen your design, lightly trace the image onto the handkerchief.
4. Choose your color of yarn and begin to stitch.
5. Remember to make the stitches very close to each other. This way the work will stay in place when you wash the handkerchiefs.
6. You may also want to embroider a sports towel for dadĘs tennis or golf game.
