Estimated time:
45 minutes to make. 12 to 15 minutes to cook. Need cookie press.

Number of servings:
4 to 5 dozen

Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
2 1/2 cups flour
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup shortening
13 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Sift flour salt and cinnamon together. Then add shortening, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and orange rind. Put in cookie press (may have to refrigerate dough). Spritz on lightly greased cookie sheet. Kids can decorate with sprinkles or colored sugar. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 until set.
