Bodily-Kinesthetic Quick Tips

You can honor your child's need to move and help him develop this intelligence area by:

  • Playing games like Charades or Twister with him.

  • Asking him to help you bake a cake or help you with your gardening.

  • Going hiking with him or encouraging him to play a sport.

  • Taking a sign language class with him.

  • Asking him to use his body to express his emotions -- to jump up and down when he's excited or to frown when he's angry, for example.
