Check out EyeQ on the web. My son has ADD and Asperger's and it made a big difference to him. It has had good results in children who have conditions like this.

It's not always easy to get your child to eat fruit and vegetables, but you can try disguising them in other foods if necessary. I had problems with one of my children and I used to do things like make vegetable curries, puree them and add the chicken that he likes. Making smoothies is a good way to get them to eat fruit. Blend the fruit and put it through a sieve so there are no lumps. I don't know how old your child is, but young children have more taste buds than adults and some veg can taste really bitter to them. Try concentrating on things which have a sweeter flavour such as carrots, peas etc. Use bits of vegetable to make 'faces' etc on the plate.

Jessica Seinfeld, yes, Jerry's wife, has just written a new book entitled, Deceptively Delicious; Simple Secrets To Getting Your Kids To Eat Good Food.  The book is published by Harper Collins, costs $24.95, and is terrific.  In it she discusses nutrition, obesity and our obsession with packaged and fast food.  Her recipies for hiding vegetables in fun and interesting ways are well worth the cost of the book in my opinion.  We are in the process of ordering several copies for use in our lending library.
