losing baby weight?

I had my daughter 3months ago and I cannot seem to lose the weight!  I have lost some of the weight, but not nearly as much as I'd like to.  I was watching this online show called MOM LIFE and they had an episode about Post Baby Body and how to shed the pounds.  They gave some really good tips including walking with the stroller for 20 minutes a day.   Anyone have any other good tips?

Keep taking vitamins, pre-natals until the Rx is gone, then any multivitamin. Drink lots of water. If you are nursing, that will help. Lack of sleep actually makes you keep the weight on, so if your baby is up in the night, you'll have to be extra patient with yourself, too.

Give yourself some time. It took me about 6 mos to start losing the weight after my first baby. Breast feeding does help. Also, try eating a lot of whole grains and raw fresh vegies as well as drink skim milk and a lot of water. Good luck!
