Can i get to know regarding the healthy foods that boost a good amount of energy ? I am looking out for this from a long time.

Bananas are a great energy source, and are high in skin-improving minerals like zinc. You can have it in a form of smoothie in the morning or can keep one in your bag for a quick burst on the go.
