I hope that everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and has lots of good food and good times!

Thanksgiving was just fine. How was your Thanksgiving? Are you still eating leftovers? I just finished mines up. I made this sandwich as a leftover Turkey, Brie, and Cranberry Sandwich 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp. Honey 1 Artisan French Baguette ½ cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store bought 8 oz. sliced cooked turkey 4 oz. sliced Brie (¼-in. slices) 1½ oz. arugula 1.In a bowl, combine mustard and honey; set aside. 2.Trim ends off baguette. Cut crosswise into 4 pieces. Cut each piece almost in half horizontally, leaving one side of crust intact. Gently fold each piece open like a clamshell. 3.Spread cranberry sauce on bottom of baguettes, dividing evenly. Top with turkey, brie, mustard mixture, and arugula, dividing evenly. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.

My Thanksgiving was nice, but different. I had to do street team work outside of Macy's at 3am on Black Friday. It was wild - Richard Simmons was there! The marketing company I work for is actually working on Macy's Believe campaign. Macy's built a fun holiday site where you can download special stationary and write (have your kids write) letters to Santa. Macy's has special mailboxes where you can "mail" the letters. For each letter received, Macy's will donate $1 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. You can view the site at: http://www.macysbelieve.com/#/YesVirginia?ga=communityact. It's a great way to get into the spirit as well as help the less fortunate.
