Star Costume
Time: 30 minutes
Effort: Quick and easy - no sewing required
Materials:
- Two sheets of cardboard (the larger the body, the larger the cardboard), preferably yellow
- Black, dark blue, or yellow sweat suit
- Yellow paint (if the cardboard is not yellow)
- Glue
- Gold ribbon or string to hang the cardboard on your shoulders
- Gold glitter
- Paper punch
- Shiny gold accessories
Instructions: Cut out two identical, large star shapes from the cardboard. If the cardboard is not yellow, paint it. Punch two holes on the top corners of the stars. Connect the stars with the gold ribbon so that one star hangs in the front and one hangs in the back. Decorate the stars with glitter or anything else you want to use.
Other Details: Cut a few small stars and a half moon out of cardboard, paint with glitter or cover with foil. Glue stars and moon to various length pipe cleaners and attach to a head.
