Poison Ivy Halloween Costume
Poison ivy is itchy and annoying during the summer, but for Halloween it makes a costume that will tickle you pink. Follow these simple directions to create a Poison Ivy costume for your trick-or-treater.
Poison Ivy Halloween Costume

Materials:
- Green body suit
- Red hair spray
- Plastic ivy vines
- Green tights
- Green slipper socks
- White elbow-length gloves
- Green Rit dye
- Hot glue gun
- Green foam board
- Ivy stencil
- Velcro? with adhesive backing
- Green glitter
Instructions: Dye the gloves. Use hot glue gun to glue the ivy around the neckline of the body suit, down the sides of the slipper socks, and down the front of the gloves. Trace the stencil onto the foam board, outline with green glitter, and fix with adhesive to the back. Place some ivy above the eyebrows. Spray the child's hair with red hair spray.
