The Internet Public Library Youth Division
Find stories for different reading levels, creative writing by kids, magazines, comics, and more. The IPL Story Hour has two different versions of picture books -- narrated with audio and animation, or a non-audio version.

Seussville
Here you'll find Seuss stories with audio narration, an interactive quiz, a trivia contest, puzzles, chats, and teacher activities. Seussville University(for ages 3-7) is adapted from the Dr. Seuss Beginner Fun Books, with interactive games hosted by a Seuss character, and player report cards.

Carol Hurst's Children's Literature Site
A comprehensive teaching resource, with reviews of children's books followed by suggestions for classroom activities, thematic links, and related books. Hurst suggests how one book can be used to teach all areas of a curriculum.
